Al is the principal and sole executive at CLERCO, bringing 15 years of GovCon market knowledge and hands-on experience scaling companies through the "Valley of Death". Vega's years of experience land at that sweet spot where you're dangerous enough to win complex work but agile enough to scale with clients navigating the path from small to unrestricted, while understanding the importance of technological advancements, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).

GovCon Focus:
Specializing in federal contracting, executive search, business strategy, program management, and process improvement for mission-driven organizations serving civilian agencies, DoW, and the Intelligence community customers for projects ranging from $5M to $500M+. Focusing on placing leaders who can take companies from small business set-asides to full and open competition. Vega holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Old Dominion University. Outside of his professional work, Al maintains a strong interest in the study of quantum physics and the mysterious aspects of our universe. He is drawn to the discipline and competitive dynamics found in sport, enjoying sports such as golf, polo, basketball, tennis and soccer. He enjoys time outdoors with his horse and he appreciates a fine cigar and good conversation.
